Acceptable Use Policy

Resonance Coherent Holdings LLC Effective Date: April 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Platform and supplements our Terms of Service (/terms). By using the Platform, you agree to this AUP.

Permitted Uses

You may use the Platform and its outputs for:

• Personal research, study, and monitoring of field state conditions
• Professional research and analysis in academic, scientific, or technical contexts
• Integration into internal workflows, dashboards, or systems within the scope of your subscription tier
• Educational use, with appropriate attribution to Resonance Coherent Systems and the relevant research papers

API and Data Use

API access is available to Operational (Tier 1) and above subscribers. The following rules apply to API use:

Permitted API Use

• Accessing data feeds for internal research, monitoring, and integration
• Building internal tools and dashboards for use within your organization (Organizational tier)
• Academic and research applications with appropriate attribution

Prohibited API Use

• Commercial resale or redistribution of raw API data to third parties without a written agreement with Resonance
• Building competing commercial products that substantially derive from Platform data without authorization
• Automated bulk harvesting of historical data beyond normal research use
• Exceeding rate limits or circumventing access controls

Prohibited Conduct

Regardless of tier, you may not use the Platform to:

Infrastructure and Security

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any related system
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, session controls, or access tier enforcement

Data and Content

• Scrape, harvest, or extract data using automated means beyond what is authorized for your tier
• Use data outputs in any manner that misrepresents their origin, nature, or reliability
• Repackage or redistribute Platform outputs as your own independent product or service without authorization

Representation and Misuse

• Present Platform outputs as official government, NOAA, or emergency management communications
• Represent Platform data as constituting financial, medical, legal, or emergency preparedness advice of any kind
• Use Platform data to manipulate markets, spread misinformation, or cause harm to any individual or group

Legal and Ethical

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under applicable federal, state, or local law
• Violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any party
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward Resonance staff or other users

Attribution

When citing or referencing Platform data, outputs, or research in publications, presentations, or public communications, please use the following attribution format:

For citation of specific research papers, use the DOI and citation format provided on the /research page.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of API access, and legal action where appropriate. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement as required.
